What we do
A full bottle of perfume is an expensive guess. We write short, plain-English guides to popular perfumes and put them side by side, so you can narrow a shortlist down to the two or three worth trying on your own skin.
- Perfume pages give the notes each brand lists, what the perfume smells like, and who might like or skip it.
- Comparisons put two perfumes, or two versions of one, next to each other and say which to sample first.
- Guides explain the terms you meet when shopping, like EDT, EDP and Parfum.
We always label what comes from the brand and what is our own opinion. Our method explains how.
